MERE CiTy Explorer

The UNSW MERE CiTy Explorer App introduces the concepts of X-ray Computerised Tomography (CT) scanning and allows the viewer to explore a range of CT scan results from various materials. You will be able to explore the cross-section images that can be created of the resulting 3D model produced by a CT scan. You can travel inside the 3D model representation of a sandstone sample to look around in 360-degrees to explore the pore spaces and structure. The application also presents a visualisation of fluid flow modelling results within that environment and the mechanics of CO2 sequestration.
