Text notifications???
After the update September 2025, I had to set up all my text notifications again. I set up alerts for automatic deposits; withdrawals (since done bills are automatically paid); transactions so I’d know when checks cleared; & bill payments. Texts came, sometimes duplicates, bug at least o was getting them. Late November I realized I was no longer getting alerts. I’ve called Unity One a couple times. First time I was told the person turned alerts off & back on. Still didn’t get them. I’ve gone in, deleted the alerts & reset them all a couple times. I still don’t get them. Today I called - spoke to a rude person who apparently doesn’t know when you work in customer service - patience is key! I’m the customer & am frustrated & her snotty shortness didn’t help. She said she’d write a ticket for IT. I asked when I might hear back & she repeated she’d contact IT. I said I didn’t appreciate her snotty attitude — and she hung up on me!!?! She did call back later, saying It checked & they are sending texts. I should shut off my iPhone, check that I have messages allowed. “It’s a problem on my phone”. What the heck?! I did do those things, but highly doubt I’ll start getting text alerts again. This upgrade has been nothing but headaches. I’ve been a Unity One customer since 1977 and am seriously thinking of changing banks!
