The one time it worked it was ok
So I purchased a subscription for the ultimate wash that allows for 1 wash per day. The first time through it seemed to work, but I had to fiddle with the app and finally got a prompt to scan the QR code and got my wash. The next couple of times that I went for a wash it was closed. Likely not the app developers fault but it is frustrating to purchase a subscription for $38 / month and not be able to use it. I have been back twice since and the app won’t work. No matter what or where I tap the prompt to scan the QR code has not showed back up. I have tapped the wash icon that takes me to the main screen. Have tapped the subscription box on that screen, have tapped the little place that shows 1/1 wash remaining for the day. That box blinks but nothing happens. I have had to back out of the car wash twice and luckily no one was behind me. I have effectively paid just shy of $80 for one mediocre car wash. I have submitted a customer support ticket online and am waiting to see if I hear back and if anything is done before I cancel. I don’t have much hope as the customer support ticket after providing my name, email address, phone number, the state I am in, and license plate number said they could not find my account in their system. It did let me submit with a big yellow banner that said submit with incomplete information. We’ll see what happens, but for now I’m not very happy with the service and would recommend others don’t waste their money.

No barcode to scan to use my monthly plan. Haven’t used it. No customer service number to address the issue. HELP!
