About AccuRun
The AccuRun Virtual Race Assistant allows users to register for available races, create an account, participate in races and review the race leaderboard.
In order to track running progress, the AccuRun app requires that user's Location Services and Notifications be authorized. While this does require more battery power during a race, location services are turned off when not in a virtual race.
Depending on the level of verification required by the race organizer, additional sensors may be used to validate the runner's activity using steps, heart rate, etc. throughout the race.
Click an available race enrollment link to register for a virtually-enabled race.
NOTE: This app requires an Internet connection

Continuing to improve
The developers have been very quick to respond and make news fixes. Currently the accuracy for me is very good.

No accuracy about it
Not tired it once. 1.8miles on my garmin. 1.85miles on Strava. 1mule on AccuRun. Also just doesn’t really give helpful data when you run. No map, meters per second is the only metric it really shows.
