DHAI Mobile App is an integrated DHAI resident grievance redressal system connecting Security and Complaints Management. The system will serve robust call to security in case of dacoity, theft or any unwanted situation and also carrier of complaints to their respective offices across DHA Islamabad. Eventually, the member will be updated through automated SMS system and can track complaints through mobile app. The App will serve as complementary channel between residents and DHA Islamabad.
