app issue
i Hello, I need you to look into my case immediately. Your app is a complete mess — this is now the second time it doesn’t let me do my laundry because of your system’s failures. It’s unacceptable that I lose both time and money due to issues on your end. I am requesting an immediate refund of the funds that were stuck in the app. I’m paying for a service you are not providing properly. Please fix this and return my money right away.

QR Code doesn’t work
I have a iPhone 13 Pro running the latest software. I deposited $15 thinking I wouldn’t have issues simply washing laundry. Was I wrong. I click QR to open the camera and scan the machine. The camera never opens inside the app. I’ve uninstalled the app. Reset my phone. Nothing works. Whenever I use QR to scan the scooters on my uber app. I have no problems. App needs to be fixed for iPhone users.
