Connect to EXFO Exchange, our open collaborative software platform that allows you to store and share test results while collaborating with team members.
Create your own account or request an invitation from your team manager to your organization’s workspace on EXFO Exchange.
You can :
- Connect and configure your OX1, AXS-120, FIP-200, FIP-500, FIP-435B, PPM-350D, PPM1 and PX1 test unit from your mobile device.
- Automatically transfer your results from your test unit to your cloud workspace (even if your mobile app is in background).
- Share your EX1 and EX10 results from the EXFO EXs app to Exchange.
- Create a job with custom test point identifiers and send it to your FIP-500, OX1 and AXS-120 test unit.
- Visualize your test results in dedicated viewers.
- Complement results with photos, comments and custom properties (as defined by your organization).

Results not showing
No matter what I do my results have never been available in the app. Or any work I do for that matter. It’s all there on the website though. But nothing on the app. Seems pointless to me if it doesn’t even work. I’d like to see an update that allows me to just import folders as they are, that contain other folders as well. And the ability to save those straight into my iCloud files so I can send them off. Really thought exfo exchange could handle something as simple as that but clearly not. Guess I still gotta keep using thumb drives to pull everything off multiple OTDR’s to get the appropriate data sent in.

Iphone issue
Ever since update keyboard covers work order and you have to type it blind because it won’t scroll up to a visible area of the screen. Fix this. This is required for our work and if we are off by one digit it doesn’t count and we can be written up for it
