The noise adjusts to the normal, average sleep cycle stages. These stages are light, deep, and REM sleep.
Our idea here is to play pink noise in a fashion, with ebbs and flows of volume and frequency that ‘mimics’ a normal, average night of sleep cycles.
One big help, seems to be in the ability to get to sleep. Many times our minds are running and racing, and the initial steady flow of the Pink Noise seems to help reduce this common problem.
Test subjects, using a sleep analyzing wrist device have noted objective improvement in Sleep Scores, when using The Good Sleep.
