Application of the security company "Lider". Focused on existing Clients. It makes it possible to call support in one click without a call, by sending a request to the server of the security company, containing information about the client. The data transmitted by the application is provided by the client in the volume and form determined by the existing contracts with their obligatory personal confirmation, which are drawn up in advance at the company's office.
The moment the user activates the help button, the application begins to determine his location and send data to the server of the security company, even if the application is minimized and the phone is locked. In this mode, the phone will waste battery power. Before activating, make sure the device has sufficient battery power. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
• We have added the “Objects” tab, displaying the security status of the objects and the state of the main power supply of 220V at the facility. If you are listed as responsible for the object protected by us, you can register and gain access to information.
• Added the "Call a technician" tab, now you can create a request for repair or maintenance. In the application form, you can select: object, reason for the call, date, time. You can also add comments.
