Unreliable
I've tried multiple times to set up my account again on this app after upgrading to iOS 26, but I keep getting this error message: “SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH THE REQUEST, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.” This has been happening for two months. If you use Water Utility Management, LLC, I recommend paying through the website instead of relying on the app, as it’s unreliable and frustrating to set up.

It’s DMV level bad
This app operates like anything the government does. Slow, inefficient and frustrating to deal with. Every screen loads slowly, the saved payment information doesn’t appear in the drop downs.
