Error when uploading a work auth
I really like the look and ease of navigation. I do agree with the other reviews about it being annoying that there isn’t a remember me login option. I understand this maybe a security feature but if you use face recognition that should resolve that issue. I have trouble with uploading documents. It tells me I don’t have enough permissions to access that feature once I’ve pressed the upload icon. I also wish there was a way to see policy limits like you can XA. I would benefit from there being a way to put in an RR comment as mentioned in another review.

Nice but needs some work
I like the app set up but there’s a few things that I think needs some work. -The fact that it does not give a “Remember Me” option to stay logged in is very annoying. It’s a minor detail but having to log in up to 15-20 times a day to address claims is very annoying. -In the work flow action boxes, the options are very sensitive and I will have to change my options multiple times because it will lock in before I’m finished if I can’t get my finger quite on the option I’m choosing. -If claims could stay in chronological order in which they received that would be nice. Every time I open the app it’s in a different order. -When putting in comments on the mobile app, there is no option to put in Request Responses, so every time I have to call my office when I’m out in the field to have them put in RRs for me. Mainly minor details but Alacrity is what work we do the most of so if these small issues could get fixed then I’d say the app would be perfect. Other than that I really like the setup and professional look of the app it’s just
