Terrible. Just terrible.
Absolutely trash. There is no excuse for this app to have such poor functionality. I shouldn’t have to navigate to a web browser to pull up my benefit information, DELETE!

Worst App Ever
I’ve never had a healthcare app this bad. Every time I hit “Claims” it tells me “Something went wrong. Please try again”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times-even shutting down my phone prior to reinstalling it. The only way I can get to my claims is by clicking on the link to take me to the website and then it takes forever to load.
