The mySomatus app makes it easy to stay on top of your kidney health goals and connect with your care team. The app is available to members enrolled in the Somatus Kidney Care program, available through select health plans.

With the mySomatus app you can:
- View all of your upcoming scheduled care team visits
- Watch short on-demand educational videos
- Track progress against kidney health goals
- Manage and view daily, weekly, and monthly activities

The mySomatus app is free for eligible members of partnering health plans. The app uses your phone's internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, as available) to connect you on a virtual video visit with your Somatus care team, so you don't have to pay for video calls. The mySomatus app is HIPPA, HITECH, and 508 compliant and supports dynamic text and VoiceOver.
