Inconsistent and embarrassing (for the company)
I mostly use this app to clock in and out but most of the time I can’t even log in. The loading wheel will just sit there and spin until it gives up and makes you re-enter the username and password. If a miracle happens and you can log in, the app will just crash before you can even do anything with it. Tri-Tech has been a huge disappointment lately.
