Custom Workouts
Better Workout allows you to create your own workouts wether time or repetition (reps) based. Create your HiiT workout or your weight lifting session. It's up to you what type of workout you want to do!

The path to a fit, healthy life is easier when you can track your progress. Keep track of your progress by weight, calories burned, how many times this week you've worked out. Consistency is key so as you continually hit your goals the app will reward you with achievements along the way!
