DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
For over 2 years now I’ve tried to use the app but no matter what phone or account I try it on, I’m always left waiting in an eternal loading screen that never grants me access to the app itself. Umatch support is also nonexistent: instagram, email, nothing works. The website doesn’t even have a support channel. Idk how they hire people to manage their individual college Instagram accounts but mine has seen every single one of my messages over a full month and has responded ONCE with “Have you tried reinstalling the app?” then never responded again.

This is the worst dating app I have ever seen. The design is bad and the system is horrible. Your no’s count as likes and it seems fake almost. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP
