About Grit Meditation

Grit Meditation is a friendly meditation app for both kids and adults. It’s simplicity allows you to quickly connect to calm, returning you to your baseline so that you can function with a healthier, happier brain.

Led by meditation instructors from workshop-based Grit Vancouver, choose first between meditations for kids or meditation for everyone, and then settle into whatever you need most: more calm, more sleep, or more gratitude.

In the short-term, Grit meditation will bring you to a grounded, focused state. In the long-term, it will change the neuro-pathways in your brain to help you remain in that grounded, focused state even in the face of everyday chaos.
