Unable to Process message
I downloaded this app about a year ago, and it kind of worked then. I could see books I’d already checked out, and sometimes was allowed to search for new books. The audiobooks I checked out usually played just fine. However, as of November 2025, I cannot see any of my checked out books, and I keep getting a screen that says “Unable to process your request”. I have checked for an update, and there isn’t one. I guess I’m headed back to Libby!

Wont load book title preview or more details
I called tech support and they had me uninstall, check version etc. Said it was some sort of block from my school. My android app works and the iPad doesn’t. Ugh. You would think a company that deals with schools, creates ebooks can create a decent app.
