GetStrong is a workout app designed to make you stronger in the gym by providing you with the necessary tools.

GetStrong comes equipped with a progressive overload calculator and a workout diary all in one place. Keep track of the weight, reps and RPE for all your sets and calculate your next heaviest set (top set) while getting an estimated 1 rep max in the process.

By incorporating progressive overload training for the compound lifts, you will start to see improvement in your ability to lift heavier weight. Make sure to be honest when filling out the calculator and stay on track by aiming for at least 2 days per week to see noticeable results.
