Effective exercises & super functional ! (Doesn’t seem to work post recent Apple updates on phone)
Update 2/5/2025 I’m still wishing I could regain use of this app on my phone. I specifically have an old iPad I use and won’t update just to access this app and the work I have done in it. I really wish someone would update the basic app to work on newer phones. I just think they really nailed the simplicity and effective basics so well. Regardless - for a free app I am still grateful all these years later for what I have learned from it. It is the rare example of an app for mental health that really helps and doesn’t cause more issues etc. Prev review: I would expect that this app would get more attention and have more reviews, considering it is free and so well thought out. It has a limited set of tools - but within those limits there is always a way to finding some path forward during difficult emotional moments. It functions for me as a DBT notebook, but also coach and meltdown avoidance tool. I did have trouble getting it to work after (breaking my old phone and) upgrading my iPhones OS. I am really hoping I can redownload it and continue to use it. It is legitimately one of the best mood regulation apps I have tried (in years of trying nearly any and all related apps.)
