No support for ipad
In 2025 An oncologist would expect fully supported ipad application (m4 chip being most efficient and powerful enough to run all day). It is not the case still. Safari browser is also not supporting oncoemr fully. Therefore, not useful.

Useless
Disappointment again from Flatiron. Just gives you your patient lists and old notes and labs. Can’t do anything from this app. Don’t waste your time or your space. E-prescribing is not available in the app, nor is text notes. You have to be on a computer in the web based program to do either. E-prescribing is not new. It has been in the web based program for at least the last 4.5 years I have needed to use OncoEMR.
