About LMIC

The main functions of the LMIC include:
1. User may add and delete devices and modify device names;
2. The LMIC includes two devices, the Receiver and Transmitter. One Receiver can control up to three Groups. One Transmitter is required for each Group.
3. Each Receiver be programmed to include up to 10 different conditions in a 24-hour period.
4. Groups can be programed in the entirety to include all luminaires or for individual luminaires;
6. The control scheme can be uploaded to the cloud for storage and downloaded through authorized login;
7. Sharing of the username and password, is necessary for control access by multiple iPhones;
8, Connected luminaires will automatically calibrate when powered on through the LMIC app. The calibration can take up to 30 seconds. Receivers will remember the user's light level setting. When the luminaire is turned on, the LMIC will calculate the starting brightness based on the existing ambient light level, and then adjust to the programmed brightness. The LMIC is designed to maintain a target accuracy of 10% lux.
9. If the LMIC detects that the luminaire is non dimming, the control mode will automatically switch to the non-dimming mode. Examples include:
a. When the ambient brightness is 90% higher than the target value, the luminaire will not be turned on,
b. When the luminaire is turned on and the ambient brightness exceeds 300% of the target value, the luminaire will be turned off,
c. When the ambient brightness is lower than 50% of the target value the luminaire will turn on. Y
d. It is possible to turn off the ambient brightness sensor to cancel the automatic control;
10. Sensitivity of the motion sensor and the light delay time settings can be set with the app. The motion sensor can be turned off using the app.
