The eMASTERS App from Team Elite, is a custom-built CRM application designed to help increase the effectiveness and success of sales agents accessed. Below is a summary of various modules
Registration and Login:
- The user will require to select their Director Name and setup an email ID/password to proceed with registration.
- The agent will need to verify their email ID to ensure valid contact information and completing the registration process.
- The agent and their Director will be notified through email about the registration in eMASTERS.
- The user needs to use their registered email ID and credential to login.
- The user may reset their password using “Forgot Password”.
Dashboard:
- Gives an immediate listing of their “unresolved-classified” contacts
- quick view of their performance against daily/weekly targets against a planned 90-day goal, along with a trend analysis
Contacts:
- The user may import contacts from their phone or create new contacts into their eMASTERS account.
- The features of associating categories, providing classification and search & filter are designed to establish stronger connections between agents and their contacts.
- The features of tasks, appointments & notes are designed to ensure that agents have the ability for timely follow-up on contacts
- The user also has the ability to export, assign categories, setting campaigns, or deleting a set of contacts
- The user will also have the ability to call/message/email contact thru the native phone app, messaging app, or default mailing app respectively.
Goals:
- The user can set their daily/weekly targets and track their performance against it.
- This combined with guidance from their coach can help identify blind spots and set them up for higher accomplishments.
Calendar:
- This module shows a daily listing of tasks/reminders/tasks or notes allowing the user to prioritize daily activities
Campaigns:
- Here the user will have access to a preset combination of email/task/text templates as per a pre-set frequency.
- The user may then assign this set to one or more contacts
- The user will also be able to track the progress of campaigns and have the ability to stop campaigns that are not completed yet.
Roadmap
- Training module that brings the best of techniques, rules & regulations, and approach in the industry
- Also gives access to short assessment that can help the agent get better prepared for their industry certifications
Subscriptions
- All registered users will have access to free-tier by default
- The additional functionalities for paid-tier are Calendar, Campaigns & Tasks/Notes
- The user will have the option to select a Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly subscription of the functionality.
