App & web site broken
Logins, password reset, create account all time out or hang forever and no data connection anymore. Is it temporary or is it junk?

The app is useless. I hope they figure it out quickly. It’s pretty strange the device is squared away but the interface is absolutely nonfunctional. Zero. I’d imagine the online sales are pretty good but the support matters not. So, I’ll rate this as 0/10, and, it smells like fraud to me. It’s too bad they couldn’t situate the back end. I’m happy to change the rating if and when this is rectified.
