In 2005, we opened our first La Brasa Rotisserie & Grill restaurant in Plantation, Florida. We wanted to share our secret recipe for preparing rotisserie chicken as well as other uniquely prepared traditional Latin dishes. Our family recipes have influences of Peruvian, Cuban and Tex-Mex cuisines.
The acceptance and patronage by the local residents of American and Latin backgrounds was a huge success. So much so, that it allowed us to expand and open additional La Brasa Rotisserie & Grill restaurants in Miami, Coconut Creek, Fort Lauderdale, two in West Palm Beach, Pembroke Pines, Greenacres and Cutler Bay.
