This Blake’s restaurant needs to focus on their customer service skills
I rated this Blake’s restaurant on E. Broadway. The counter person needs to be courteous. He sounds like a robot. I didn’t realize my online order was canceled. I think he could have handled the online ordering process better. He was very rude and giving me a lecture about how the online order that I placed an incorrect address. But I showed him the address on my phone. I usually get great service and today it was poor service. I went to another Blake’s restaurant and I got excellent service on 20th Street.
