About Smotri. Exercises for eyes

With exercises and games for the prevention of amblyopia, you stimulate the muscles of the eye, increase intraocular circulation and relieve eye tension and strain.

The app will be especially useful for people whose work is associated with increased eyestrain — office workers, developers and drivers. We make the app under the guidance of specialists, but your doctor's recommendations are also important.

You can exercise at home, at the workplace or in any other environment, but we do not recommend an eye massage in a moving means of transportation.

What’s included in the app

Exercises according to the method of Professor Avetisov - a set of simple exercises and self-massage for the prevention of eyestrain during long eyesight stresses for adults and children’s myopia. Improves eye health, visual accommodation and increases blood circulation.

Dr. Somov's method involves simple movements of the eyeball. This is an excellent prevention of amblyopia. Exercises are also suitable for children.

Simple games consisting of finding shapes on a contrasting or dynamic background allow you to constantly keep your eye muscles in shape and are good for relaxing after a long hours in front of computer. For greater efficiency, we recommend using anaglyphic glasses — any 3D glasses with red and blue glass are suitable.

Color eye stimulation works perfectly with VR Box devices. The algorithm fully recreates the functional of the "Tsvetoritm" device. Regular sessions increase the sensitivity of retinal receptors, lower intraocular pressure and restore normal blood circulation.

When performed regularly, the exercises bring tangible results. Take 15-20 minutes a day to maintain healthy vision for yourself, your children and your loved ones. Remember that exercises are not suitable for people with epilepsy, mental disorders and emergency medical conditions. It is best to consult a doctor before using. We are looking forward to feedback: write about how you use the application, share results, ideas and impressions. Tell us what you would like to change and what you want to add. This way we can improve faster and delight your eyes with new exercises more often. This way we can improve faster and more often provide new exercises for your eyes.

Unclear how to play games

These seem useful- games have a similar function to the vision therapy exercises I do in my dr’s office for strabismus. But most of the games don’t have clear instructions. Like- what’s the “classic snake game”? What do I do? On the circles game, I was touching the screen and sometimes it made a “ding” noise, so I guess I was doing it right? But it didn’t seem like I was making anything happen on the screen… I’m unsure what I’m doing in many of the in-app exercises. Which is a bummer after paying $30.

Well made but no indication that it is a monthly paid subscription

Bought the app for 5.99 Used it for a week then it locked all the exercises and said i had to pay 9.99 a month to get access again. What was the point of making me pay 6 dollars if you were just going to charge me again later? Sounds like a scam. The app is well made but again deceiving, just make a free trial instead of charging people 6 bucks then locking up the app.
