At Mendocino Farms, we are a family that values open and honest communication and GBED-ing. In the spirit of keeping the lines of communication open, we’re excited to introduce MendoCARES.

MendoCARES is a service and platform that allows all active team members to make ethics reports confidentially. Reports of harassment, bullying, misconduct, or anything you feel is unethical or dangerous can be reported anonymously.

We know our people are our most important ingredient, and want to make sure we’ve provided another avenue for communication and feedback to keep our family safe and strong.
