يتضمن جميع المهام الإدارية الأساسية اللازمة لإدارة أي مدرسة من معالجة امور الطلاب و العلامات و الغيابات و الموظفين بالإضافة الى المدرسة و مرفقاتها و موجوداتها.

يتميز بقدرته على العمل في أي بيئة مهما اختلفت القوانين التي يقوم عليها النظام. حيث يمكن تطويع النظام ليتناسب مع احتياجات البيئة الموجود فيها.
