RunFit allows you to display your weekly progress from your running and walking workouts directly on your Apple Watch faces. It features a simple and easy to read native design, support many types of complications, automatic data refresh and more.
* YOUR WEEKLY PROGRESS
Easily keep track of three important weekly metrics:
• Distance
• Running time
• Quality time
With those metrics, you'll get an idea of how much training you did for the week. Every first day of the week, the data is reset so you can begin the new week anew.
* TRENDS
See how your last week of training stack up against your training history. If you are doing the same or better, your arrows will be up. If you aren't doing well, they will be down. Your weekly history is safely saved in iCloud so don't worry if you decide to upgrade your Apple Watch; your history will follow!
* ALWAYS ON YOUR WRIST
Each stats are available as separate complications that refresh automatically (approx. every 15 minutes). That means that by customizing your favourite watch face, you'll be able to quickly glance at your running data without even having to open the app. And now with watchOS 7, you can display all three stats on the same watch face. Make sure to keep your Apple Watch updated to the latest version to enjoy this new feature!
* QUALITY TIME
Quality time is the number of minutes during the week that were run at or faster than your quality pace. You can set your desired pace in the app. In practice, that should correspond to a pace fast enough that you feel that you're making good effort during your run.
Quality minutes are a useful tool to make sure that you are not constantly running fast and hard and are only available for running workouts.
* NOTIFICATIONS
You can choose to be notified if your quality percentage gets too high for the week. This way, you will know that it should be a good idea to run a bit slower for the rest of the week.
* SUPPORTS YOUR FAVOURITE WORKOUT APPS
You don't even need to do your workout with your Apple Watch for RunFit to work. As long as your workout data gets saved in the Health app of your iPhone you are good to go. Most popular iOS workout apps such as Strava and Garmin Connect integrates with the Health app. If you prefer to keep things simple, running workouts done with Apple Watch's built in Workout app are, of course, also supported.
* TOTAL PRIVACY
RunFit does not use user analytics and do not send any data; it literally can't as it has no server. Everything that happens on your Apple Watch stays on your Apple Watch, right there with you.
* BUILT FOR EVERYONE
Whether you just picked up running or walking as a hobby or you are an elite marathon runner, RunFit's simple and easy to read metrics will help you keep track of your weekly training.
