Disappointed User MM
Extremely Disappointed.
If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed in A2U services and response. I have been a user since October 2024 and have relied on the promised services to monitor and report ALL app usages and to browser services. However, this company does not provide that. For several months they have not reported pornographic use on my partners phone. I have paid for their service to report ALL usage of that content, and yet they failed to do so. Oh but they “report” when “secret antiperspirant” was used. I’m extremely disappointed and upset by the lackluster response I received from the company. Instead of receiving a FULL refund, I was issued only a partial. I paid for their services to report ALL usages of inappropriate content and that was not delivered. I also appreciated them using AI slop to respond to me. I would and will never recommend this product to anybody else. Families, couples, wives, husbands, parents, if you are searching for an accountability app to use, find something different. They are unreliable and don’t deliver what services you pay for.

Horrible, ineffective; Don’t waste your time.
My partner (“recovering” PA) and I started using this app at the beginning of the month and it took me less than a week to hate it. The only thing is flags are keywords, or when the app’s VPN is switched off- NOTHING else. To even get somewhat accurate and useful data about how your partner is using their device, you have to go to A2U’s actual website on a search engine, and request an export of a data report in the form of an xls file. The exported report has a TON of blind spots and pretty much is only useful for giving you the exact times they were using apps. For example- even with screen time restrictions and this app, he was able to bypass all of that and watch a video of an OF creator on Youtube- it was explicit and NOT FLAGGED AT ALL. A2U did not flag the explicit video, did not flag him deleting his Youtube history, and even when I viewed the “detailed” exported report- it only showed videos that he searched, not even everything he watched. If he clicks on a video that shows up on his homepage regardless of the content rating, all you will see on the A2U report is the time and date that Youtube (for example) was used, and where the title of the video he watched should be it only says “Apple Restriction- Activity Not Recorded”. Not to mention the accountability partner app to view what your partner is doing is not easy to read, and inaccurate. The only semi-detailed information it gives you is through the report emailed to you via request off the A2U website; as I said above that is also virtually useless and will require you to do digging anyways to get the truth. Total waste of effort, time, and money- try literally any other app, this one is entirely useless.
