Partners - this is the contractor who can be part of one or more crews, and he or she could also find work independently by bidding on jobsnaps.
When Partners and Crew Masters are at work, they can check in, check out, go to lunch, take a break, come back from break, and finish their day. Then the Office Admin can export a time report which shows how much time the Partners were on the job, and send out the appropriate bills.
Customers - this user type can post jobsnaps, find contractors, and send jobs directly to a contractor that has been pre-selected.
Chat functionality is organized per-job, which facilitates communication while keeping it focused on the job at hand. Then each job-related chat becomes the single record of correspondence about that job, which makes it easy to find what was said earlier.
Reviews! Partners can review customers, addresses, crew chiefs, etc. Crew Chiefs can review partners. Customers can review partners after they complete a job. Reviews help other users make better decisions about where to work and with whom to do business.
Single Sign On (SSO) is supported for larger businesses.
