All bells and whistles, zero practicality.
I purchased the full MAX version hoping to replace Notability. This app is bloated with "advanced" features that don't work (broken AI, confusing library management), while completely missing standard features. Why I regret this purchase: 1. Impossible to delete a page: I spent an hour trying to delete a page from a notebook. It’s not possible. 2. Terrible Drawing Tools: No shape recognition, bad line tools, and resizing handwriting is buggy. 3. Bad UI: Toolbar won't dock at the top; export options are limited (can't pick pages); importing PDFs is overly complex. The developers ignore long-standing bug reports but demand money for new versions. This is not a serious tool for students. 本来想找个平替Notability的买断制笔记软件，需求就是简单的无纸化笔记 看到marginnote4试用感觉还不错就买了顶配的双端MAX版 结果就是最基础的功能都做不好，全都在那个花里胡哨的功能上下功夫 上来就是学习集和文档库，非要做一个remapping增加理解成本，导入导出pdf麻烦的一 AI也是��不了的，每次一点就是请求失败或者无法识别 整个界面把常用的功能全都藏在二级菜单里，表面上净是一些一百年不会用一次的功能 整个社区反馈的功能懒得更新，反倒是大版本更新的钱是一定要圈的 吐槽的导火索就是今天想删掉笔记中的一页，在软件中找了半天，论坛里搜了1个小时，最后无论如何都删不掉。 就这么简单个操作愣是发布了4年了都没做出来？ 其它的恶心点包括但不限于： 复制手写内容的时候大小不统一 画图功能根本没有，连直线功能设计的都是何意味 快捷工具栏永远吸附不到屏幕上方 无法复制/粘贴/移动/删除一整页，粘贴内容太多会被页面边缘trim掉 导出pdf无法选定导出哪些页 文档预览只能预览一个寂寞，页码也是乱码 从电脑导入一个pdf页面的操作步骤复��到能发射火箭了

Learning curve but the best once you get the hang of it
I like a lot of others struggled with this app at first and how to use it. It has a bit of a learning curve and I still think there is some things I don’t fully understand yet. Some pros once you get the hang out of it: - side by side view - you can send sections/chapters to their own tab (if you have a textbook click on a chapter title and drag it up to new - only that chapter will be in the new tab) - Reads and processes PDFs better than most readers including Flexcil, AI, Adobe etc. -Amazing sync most of the time, upload on my PC and then switch to iPad and it is there -you can add notes, pictures, and link them, though I struggle with mind maps in general
