Никакой периодизации. Просто прибавляют на новичке по 5 сек в день, на среднем - 10 сек, на продвинутом 20 сек. Как хочешь, так и стой. Ошибка на продвинутом уровне - на 22 дне нужно простоять 1 час 6 минут :) вместо просто 6 минут. Короче, лучше таймер в телефоне использовать. Не рекомендую.
