Paid premium a month ago and still not able to set up online or in app. ZERO support fr customer service as nobody picks up phone after on hold for 98mins and not call backs or email response

Horrible app/company
We purchased this plan from the marketplace as it was the only plan other than OSCAR that would cover us at the Cleveland Clinic. The app is not helpful and nor is the customer service. Many times the app failed and we were not able to view the claims additionally you can never access the explanation of benefits which is what you will need to find out why so little of each claim is covered.
