• TAAP Work From Home has been designed to be used by employees and individuals to complete a preliminary assessment to identify if they are safe and well whilst working from home
• With more and more people now working from home, TAAP wanted to help employers gain visibility and insight into how their employees are coping and compliance against company policies and procedures.
• The Application is free to use for Users. On use of the Application the User can then decide who to share the data with from within their organisation.
• The Application consists of the following sections
- Employee Information
- Risk Assessment – contains multiple categories with questions against each category
- Equipment List
- General Feedback
- Sign off
- Complete Form
• On completion of the Application a Work From Home Report is generated and will be sent to both the User and their chosen recipient
• The Risk Assessment allows the Users to access guidance, provide comments, photos and call backs which the employer can then use to better support their employees to help boost morale and productivity
• A potential challenge for employers is keeping on top of their company assets and the risk associate with this now their employees are working from home. The App allows Users to document the equipment they are using, the condition and also requests for new equipment.
• In general, the output report helps support employers with their obligations to ensure their employees are working in a safe environment and adhering to the correct working standards with the right equipment to reduce risk and improve an employee’s home working experience.
