Terrible login
I have reset my password twice using my laptop. Immediately after resetting it lets me into my account, but not if I use my phone. If I log out with my laptop, it won’t let me back in and says the password I just used is invalid. How is this even possible?

No Password Reset Email Sent
I need my password reset. I go through the process and tells me an email to reset my password has been sent. It sends nothing. And yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. I’ve tried a few times now. Just the same thing over and over. Please fix your app.
