What is Fitness Quotient?
Fitness Quotient by Furo Sports is a fitness app. to set your goals, challenge yourself and measure your fitness quotient. At FQ, You can learn about fitness through tutorials by expert fitness trainers on weight training as well as workouts to lose weight along with keeping a track on your improvements with the activity tracker. You can also watch free workout videos from fitness trainers and experts to keep your fitness game on point. You can also challenge your friends and join communities of like-minded fitness enthusiasts and up your FQ every day.

Everyday Training – A series of tutorials and free workout videos by certified fitness trainers on performing the different exercises, ranging from weight gain and weight loss to just keeping yourself fit.

How to measure Fitness Quotient?
At FQ, we use a percentile system to measure and keep a track of your personal improvement over time by providing a far more useful measure when comparing scores against peers. There are specific Fitness Quotient values:
1. For every activity (in every rep & number of reps).
2. Based on the number of times you do a particular activity.
3. The frequency of exercise that you perform every day.
The FQ for your overall fitness will be a combination of the three attributes stated above – Flexibility, Strength & Endurance. The more flexibility, strength or endurance you show, the more your Fitness Quotient will be in comparison to others.
The FQ calculation is on a percentile basis for every activity. The FQ score shown in the activity-wise leaderboard and on the user profile is in comparison to all the users who have participated depending on their number of activity. On the activity leaderboard, the FQ score of the top scorer will be 100. There are 3 filters – All-time, monthly and weekly to show any particular activity of the filtered time duration.
