Sync Failed
The app has completely stopped working for me. It continuously displays a “Sync Failed” message and does not load at all. I’ve tried refreshing and using the “Tap here to restart” option, but neither resolves the issue. Even after clearing the cache, the problem persists. I currently live abroad, and there should be a way to reset or troubleshoot the account remotely without having to travel to Ethiopia to visit a local branch for assistance. Please consider adding an option that allows customers to reset or recover their accounts online without requiring in-person visits.

Mobile Banking not syncing
I’ve been using the mobile banking app for a while sometimes experiencing glitch or freeze, but recently it became a nightmare. It stopped syncing. Even if I linked my Fyda account with CBE account, still not be able to use the app. It is very upsetting because I’m using the app from outside the country. There seems nobody wants to take care of the issue and fix it therefore I give it 2 ⭐️
