The ZAsset Booker app, a mobile extension of ZAsset Booker, is the Zucchetti solution that allows the booking and check-in/out of spaces, assets and services related to the working User Journey:
• Parking (reservation of parking space/ motorcycle, charging points, bicycle, scooter, etc.);
• Working in smart office and coworking (booking desks, halls, classrooms, smart lockers, media and equipment, business devices, etc.);
• Leisure time through the use of company wellness services (booking a gym or a training course, the company welfare plan, etc.);
• Event organization (halls, classrooms and auditoriums) with reservation of related services (catering, supports and equipment, etc.);
• Refreshment area and food and beverage services (access or place in the company restaurant, meal collection from smart locker, catering service, etc.).
How does it work?
With the app you book in three steps (Search - Selection - Shopping Cart) or directly from the list of favourites any company resource needed for the working day, and with special mobile and IoT functions you confirm its use via check-in and check-out functions.
• Search: which resource do you want to book? Desk, meeting room, gym course, Smart Locker, parking space etc. Indicate when you need it, for how long and where.
• Select: Choose from the available resources. You can book the resource now or add it to your cart to continue booking what you need.
• Cart: Confirm your order. The booked resources will be occupied on the day and time indicated.
All bookings, both current and future, are summarized in the app’s dashboard; for each booked resource, it is possible to read descriptive information and display the related location on the company's floor plan.
When you go to work, check-in the booked resource to confirm its occupancy and when you are finished, release the resource by checking out.
You can check-in according to the method chosen by your company (manual, via QR Code or NFC Tag or BLE Tag).
Who is it addressed to?
The ZAsset Booker App is aimed at employees of companies that have already activated the software, as a solution for managing and booking assets, spaces, and services.
Operational notes
For the application to work properly, the company must have previously activated the ZAsset Booker solution and the HR Core Platform (from version 08.05.00) enabling individual employees to use it.
At the first access the user will be guided by a configuration wizard.

iOS 12.4.5 or higher
