Handwritten daily logs, care notes, charts, reports and assessments (and much more) are “digitalised” with state of the art technology allowing carers to spend more of their time delivering care, and management to instantly view information of care delivery as it happens through visit reports, alerts and a dashboard bringing care in the home into the 21st Century. The result is proactive, responsive, and continuous care as stakeholders involved in the care of an individual are informed in real time through effective, yet simple communication.

Carers can access care plans, logged notes and vital care information at their fingertips with simple easy to read screens and guidance notes. They can view their diaries “on the go” and quickly report Accidents / Incidents or Medication issues easily.

Issues are identified easily and reported in live time to the relevant carer or management. Assessments and Audits can be conducted efficiently helping management to use their time more effectively and follow up on critical issues.

Our app works seamlessly across all major devices, while out in the community from care assistants’ and senior managers smartphones and mobile devices.
