It always pushes back ride times making me late to school almost every time I use it, it’ll go from 20 minuets to 25 minuets to 27 minuets to 30 minuets. To get somewhere that’s a 6 minuet trip away.

Unusable across ride types as ACCESS user
Unfortunately since ACCESS got added to my profile I can only use access rides now and have to call in every flex ride. I’d much rather the opposite since I use flex ride multiple times a day on days of use rather than ACCESS being a single round trip. No one has been able to help. I do like the newest update but it would be nice to use both flex rides & ACCESS as advertised.
