Empire city LLC is a real estate developer invested by Keppel Land, Gaw Capital Partners and 2 local partners (Tien Phuoc & Tran Thai JSC). Our project is expected to provide 3,000 high-end condos for Ho Chi Minh City market.
With a vision to take resident management service to the next level, we invest our effort to develop EC HOME mobile app exclusively for Empire city residents.
The app includes below major modules
• Profile management where residents can add family members or tenants to the app
• Announcement to send out information such as lift maintenance schedule, notice on pest control, etc from property management team to residents
• Register where residents can do paperless register for parking, visitors, delivery and related
• Library to store import information such as resident handbook, fit-out guideline
• Emergency where all important number is listed, such as local policeman, ambulance, hotline of management office
• Promotion where all the promotions exclusively for residents are listed. Empire City have several retails shop at the ground floors. These shops plan some discount for residents only
The App is developed for both English and Vietnamese users. Other features may be further developed over time, based on resident’s feedback.
User group: Residents in Empire city and property management team.
Estimated number of users: 12,000 users from 3,000 condos.
