This App Is a Total Failure—Just Like CDWA
This app is beyond useless, and CDWA’s entire operation is an absolute catastrophe. It’s shocking how consistently CDWA manages to deliver the lowest-quality, cheapest, most poorly executed systems imaginable. This app feels like it was slapped together with zero testing, zero care, and zero understanding of the people who rely on it. It’s glitchy, unstable, and flat-out miserable to use. CDWA has proven, over and over, that they cannot handle the responsibilities they’ve been given. Their work is careless, their systems fall apart the moment you try to use them, and their overall operation is a mess that creates more problems than it solves. The fact that the state continues to hand them contracts is infuriating and honestly makes no sense. At this point, replacing CDWA isn’t just a suggestion—it’s a necessity. The state needs to cut ties with this disaster of a contractor and bring in an organization capable of delivering functional tools instead of this constant stream of broken, cheap, and frustrating garbage. People deserve far better than the chaos CDWA keeps producing.
