Don’t fret if something comes up that causes your plans to change. We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. And you can cancel with the click of a button in the app. You can also see exactly when you must cancel by to receive a refund in the My Booking page — transparency you can trust.
