Works well but surveys constantly freeze and not work
I’m honestly tired of surveys freezing and not working, and not making me receive any points after I finish the survey, and there isn't any way to back out except to exit the survey. So in return you waste your time and do not receive ANY points for what you completed, all cause of the survey glitching, loading, or simply not responding. You can't report it either. It's nice to make the fre extra dollars I need, but the amount of points wasted due to this ongoing issue is truly ridiculous, and I’m sick of it, and nothing is getting done about it.

Stopped letting me take surveys
UNLESS I give out my kids’ personal info. Nope. You do not need that. Cannot take other surveys unless I provide that. Used this for almost 3 years and now can’t take new surveys without providing personal info that you don’t need and I don’t want to share
