2.Stress Control Online Program for Resilience Building (Online CBT for mild to moderate depression, improving resilience, substance abuse cessation)
Stress Control Online is a coach-guided resilience-building program designed to help employees cope with stress, and improve wellbeing using a preventative and early intervention approach. This is India’s first online program designed for the Indian employees based on Dr Jim White’s Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The online program is ideal for those employees that are undergoing mild to moderate depression and are finding it difficult to cope with various stress issues originating out of relationship challenges, unmet career aspirations, and financial challenges. CBT also addresses sleep challenges, behavioural changes required for tobacco and substance abuse cessation, and anxiety issues. Please check with your HR managers if this program is covered in the plan.
3. Tranquil Mindfulness Programs & Tranquil App
Mindfulness is a popular and practical strategy to learn to be calm under stress, an effective relaxation technique and applicable for compassion-based relationship building. Mindfulness teaches you to live in the moment. Use this EWAP App to learn about our Tranquil Mindfulness program and separate Tranquil App for corporate employees.
4. Online assessment for stress and coping skills – Health related Quality of Life
This is a 5-minute online assessment to determine how well employees are coping with stress. Each employee will get an individual report that has Physical Functioning, Emotional Wellbeing and Social Functioning Scores and customised recommendations. The percentile scores will indicate how well you are coping with stress compared to others in India.
5. Self-Help Tools:
The app offers a wide range of blogs, videos, assessments, motivators, Talk to a Therapist and other positive psychology topics to learn to become more resilient to stress and introduce mindfulness into your life.
