Got several parking tickets because notifications don’t work
This app is really useful, I love the feature where you can free up your spot and get credit towards a future parking. The system generally works, sometimes is a little buggy, but usually you can choose your parking tone and pay pretty easily. However, I’ve had several parking tickets because this app’s notifications don’t work, despite me having them turned on to give banner notifications, sounds, text messages, the whole nine yards. I’ve made sure my phone is allowing all these notifications, I’ve made sure the app has them turned on, I’ve updated my phone and the app to the latest versions, but for months and months the notifications don’t work at all. They used to work, but not for the past several months. Please fix it, you guys have cost me $200 in parking tickets.
