Earn rewards for activities you do to live a healthy lifestyle, engage with your family, and enrich your community. Earn points in the app and redeem them towards valuable items such as merchandise, gift cards, etc., from our exclusive rewards store.

When you download the app, you’ll be asked a few basic questions about your health and habits to unlock your health score. Your personal Health Score assessment is based on seven different areas: physical health, mental health, sleep quality, nutrition quality, mindfulness, physical activity, and smoking habits and alcohol intake. From there, you’re all set to track your movement, nutrition, sleep, and other elements of well-being to improve your Health Score.

With Foresters Go you can:

Track your exercise manually or by connecting your favorite GPS tracker
• Set healthy eating goals and track your progress
• Get personalized advice from Coach Aida based on your activities
• Earn rewards points for positive steps towards healthy living (reduce salt, walk more, cook at home, get regular sleep)
• Read helpful articles to support your journey to healthy living
• Celebrate your achievements with rewards from our rewards store
