Normal life: I cannot keep track of my health, It is extremely hard, and my plans aren’t safe. Life with app: I can keep track of my health, It is extremely easy, and my plans are safe. I am never going to worry about my healthcare again because this app does that for me by reminding me to do the workouts on my lock screen. If I want to create my own schedule then I can! I can do this by setting the time of day for the remainder to go off. I can also decide the day it reminds me. I can do all this at any time of day when I want. The possibilities are truly endless!
